Loulu Palm Estate, LLC
The wholly-owned HHGI subsidiary Loulu Palm Estate is an eco-friendly, ocean front estate with a plantation-style home built in 1941 as its centerpiece. Loulu Palm Estate currently rents out with a high focus on weddings, though the service suite is being broadened to include corporate events, VIP parties, class and family reunions, luaus, civil ceremonies, milestone birthday, and anniversary celebrations. The Company has seen a steady rise in revenues from the activities of this subsidiary and a marked increase in the number of events sold throughout the year. The magnificent and private tropical beach setting on the North Shore of Oahu – which includes a secluded mile long beach– makes the Loulu Palm Estate the perfect backdrop for any memorable occasion. As of this writing, the Company's operational plan includes continuation of the improvement of the property, including new equipment and a redesign aimed at reducing costs and increasing the ease of service delivery (catering and event hosting). Although it was already recognized as a premier event site, Loulu Palm Estate reorganized its operations in the third quarter of 2010 to improve planning and contract management for weddings so that the Company's return on each event hosted could continue to rise.
In 2011, Loulu Palm Estate was awarded with The Knot's 2011 Best of Weddings. The Knot is the nation's leading wedding website and also includes national and local magazines, books and TV shows. Additional information can be found at the Loulu Palm Estate website: www.loulupalm.com |

Submersible Technical Services, Inc.
As part of its plan to increase its hospitality revenues and diversify the services it can offer to consumers who book events on Oahu, the Company has purchased Submersible Technical Services, LLC ("STS"). This small firm is the owner and operators of two (2) personal recreational submarines that are now under the HHGI asset umbrella. Using these vessels, the Company can provide exciting underwater tours and diving expeditions off the Hawaiian coast. Management believes that this new "recreational tourism" angle, along with its future plans to provide air tours of the islands through a similar acquisition or partnership, will greatly enhance its ability to increase hospitality revenues. From this point on, Submersible Technical Services will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hawaiian Hospitality Group providing submarine tours of Hawaii's breathtaking marine ecosystems. Submersible Technical Services itself is a development-stage company engaged in the design, manufacture, and operation of personal, one- to four-person submersible vehicles engineered for safe, thrilling sightseeing excursions, dives, or fishing trips. Submersible Technical Services, Inc. will operate out of principal offices on the island of Oahu near the oceanfront of Ko'olina, Oahu's largest growing tourist destination spot located close by the premier Disney Hotel and Resort. Submersible Technical Services is expected to begin generating operating income during the late summer of 2012.
